Roles & Responsibilities
Duties : Centre Management
- Responsible for smooth and efficient running of the centers by defining operational strategy and workflow for the center’s day-to-day operations.
- Maintains efficient operations by establishing work schedules; assigning employees; providing back-up; managing part-timers or manpower allocation.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training staff, monitoring correspondence with customers.
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related personnel and departments to ensure development timelines and deadlines are met.
- Keeps management informed with timely updates and recommendations.
- Coordination and facilitation of center’s marketing collaterals and teaching materials.
- Provides professional relationship with parents and students.
- Provide safe and hygienic environment in the center and office.
- Maintain efficient filing system as and when required.
- To support centers with other duties when needed such as front desk duties, assisting classes, and other ad-hoc duties when required.
- Work towards meeting student enrolment target.
Marketing Support
Work with the marketer to plan and execute marketing activities.Oversee all roadshows, exhibitions and events to generate leads for the centers.Community management for the facebook and Instagram business pages, providing an ‘always on’ attitude and responding to enquiries within 24 hours.Ensure regular updating of websites, posters, social media pages, and other necessary outlets to ensure that information and promotions are well disseminated.Timely reporting and updating of marketing activities to the director.Organize yearly grading examination event.Candidate must be willing to work from 11 : 30-9 : 00 pm (Tuesday to Friday), 8 : 30-6 : 00 pm (Saturday) and willing to travel around all centres.
