Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven and strategically minded Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. This is a key role in shaping our online presence, driving lead generation, and supporting overall brand growth.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building company websites, implementing SEO / SEM strategies, and managing Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities :
Website Development & Management
- Lead the planning, development, and performance optimization of the company website to ensure an engaging and user-friendly experience for prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage updates and content refreshes.
- Develop and lead marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support student placement goals across digital and offline channels.
SEO / SEM Strategy
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive qualified leads.Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Advertising
Manage targeted social media campaigns.Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop integrated digital marketing campaignsAnalytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.Content & Communication Support
Support the development of student-focused content, including posts & video, email newsletters, and landing pages.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education sector.Strong strategic planning and execution skills in both digital and offline marketing.Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO / SEM platforms and WordPress.Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Language Skills :
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required in order to communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders, as well as to create marketing content tailored for Chinese-speaking markets.
