Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes in large quantities following standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
  • Follow food hygiene and safety standards (compliance with NEA regulations is a must).
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and managing inventory of raw ingredients and kitchen supplies.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment used in mass food production.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to meet production timelines and daily order requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the central kitchen workspace, utensils, and machinery.
  • Participate in regular kitchen audits and quality checks.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience working in a central kitchen or high-volume food production setting.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and NEA food safety standards.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.
