Job description

Responsibilities :

Manage flavour library performance and ensure effectiveness and utility across categories and end-use applications.
Stay updated on technical developments, and work with technical team to update the portfolio with new flavours to strengthen the portfolio.
Collaborate with Commercial and R&D teams to understand customers' preference and submit flavors that meet the customer and market requirements.
Work with different functions to maintain accurate records of flavour applications, formulas, customer feedback, and project documents in central databases.
Oversee inventory of flavours to ensure timely delivery for projects and customer needs.
Perform other projects or duties as assigned, contributing to team collaboration and company growth.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in the flavour and fragrance industry, preferably in development, portfolio, or applications.

Strong project management, time management, and data management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Strong interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in anticipating customer and market needs.

Systematic and process-oriented, with the ability to design and implement frameworks for building, updating, and maintaining a flavour library.

Creative and innovation-driven, with an applications / R&D mindset to evaluate, select, and recommend flavour directions to strengthen the library portfolio.
