As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll work behind the scenes to empower our sales team with the insights, tools and structure needed to close more deals and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit CRM data for accuracy and efficiency
- Generate reports, dashboards, and forecasts for sales leadership
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and suggest improvements
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive tracking
- Collaborate with finance, marketing and tech teams
