Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive food from Food Checker and send to designated service stands or tables
- Maintain sufficient stock level of required condiments and sauce
- Assist Food Checker in coordinating of food items
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food items to dining room
- Ensure proper condiments and serving gear are sent with food items in a timely manner
- Prepare sufficient condiments and cook rice
- Clean trays and collect pegs to station
- Prepare takeaway orders
- Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Manager from time to time
