Prepare and issue POs to suppliers on a timely

basis

Ensure that goods and services performed

and delivered are in accordance with the issued POs

Work with suppliers and subcontractors on order

requirements and delivery schedules

Work as a

team with other departments to ensure orders are delivered on

time

Source for alternative suppliers /

vendors / subcontractors

Negotiate with

suppliers / vendors to ensure the best costs effectiveness

Perform general administrative and data entry duties as

assigned
