Job descriptionDiploma in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Dental Council At least 2 years of experience preferred Proficient in clinical skills CPR certification Maintain high infection control standards Maintain good customer relations with patients / parents, and referring dentists Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Good team player who is able to work independently and willing to accept constructive feedback Experience in management of feedback and service recovery.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- To support the dental team in carrying out basic dental treatments such as oral health maintenance, scaling and polishing, fluoride and root planning
- To conduct initial oral assessments and review patients' medical histories
- To educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care advice.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment in compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
