Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Provide solution architecture and design expertise across SAP modules (FI / CO / MM / SD / PP / WM / PM / BW / HANA, depending on specialization).
  • Deliver complex system integrations with non-SAP platforms using SAP PI / PO, CPI, BTP, or APIs.
  • Drive SAP S / 4HANA migration projects, including greenfield and brownfield implementations.
  • Conduct system performance tuning, data migration (LSMW, BODS, SLT), and optimization of business processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions ensuring high system availability, security, and compliance.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, including Fiori, HANA modeling, CDS views, and ABAP on HANA.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Core SAP Expertise : Strong hands-on configuration and functional knowledge in at least 2–3 SAP modules with cross-functional integration experience.
  • SAP S / 4HANA : Expertise in S / 4HANA conversions, Fiori applications, HANA DB optimization, and embedded analytics.
  • Technical Depth : Advanced skills in ABAP (OO, CDS Views, AMDP, BOPF, Enhancements, SmartForms), SAP Workflow, IDOCs, ALE, RFCs, OData services.
  • Integration : Deep knowledge of SAP PI / PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP, REST / SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Data Migration & Reporting : Strong exposure to SAP BODS, SLT replication, BW / 4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Project Delivery : Proven track record in Agile / Activate methodology, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Security & Governance : Understanding of GRC, authorization concepts, audit, and compliance in SAP environments.
  • Cloud & Innovation : Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform (BTP), AI / ML integration, RPA (SAP IRPA), and IoT use cases.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of SAP consulting experience with full-cycle implementation projects.
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules (e.g., S / 4HANA, FI, MM, SD, BASIS, HANA).
