Job descriptionSupport Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.) Track and compile project report regularly. Update assets records of client devices handled by project team. Work with NCS project team in ensuring that the client & staff records are updated & accurate
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project PMT related teams to ensure timely delivery of the contracted services.
- To assist in coordination and logistics management of :
o Staff security clearance matters
o Client device delivery
o Client device staging and image distribution
o Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
o Client device acceptance
o Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
