Responsibilities :
- Liaise and communicate with clients and contractors.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, and contracts in accordance with project specifications.
- Monitor upcoming and ongoing projects to identify tender opportunities.
- Handle sales inquiries and foster long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Oversee project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Coordinate closely with Technical and Operations teams to develop suitable technical solutions and strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth project execution and optimal use of resources.
Requirements :
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.Proficiency in Japanese to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.Willingness to travel to various project sites.Able to commit to extended working hours when necessary.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
