Roles & Responsibilities

Job ID : 1059761

Responsibilities :

Liaise and communicate with clients and contractors.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, and contracts in accordance with project specifications.
Monitor upcoming and ongoing projects to identify tender opportunities.
Handle sales inquiries and foster long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
Oversee project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
Coordinate closely with Technical and Operations teams to develop suitable technical solutions and strategies.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth project execution and optimal use of resources.

Requirements :

Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.

Proficiency in Japanese to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Willingness to travel to various project sites.

Able to commit to extended working hours when necessary.
