Roles & Responsibilities

The Opportunity

  • Salary Range : $15 per hour
  • 5 days work
  • Nearest MRT Buona Vista
  • Rotating shift
  • 6 months contract (Renewable based on performance)

Job description :

  • Assist shoppers and manage loyalty, rewards, and redemption programs
  • Support mall events and promotions, including weekends
  • Handle general admin tasks and lost & found items
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

    • Requirements :

  • Proficient in spoken English to communicate with a diverse customer base; Chinese language skills are an advantage to support business needs
  • Able to commit for 6 months
  • Well-presented, proactive, and demonstrates a positive attitude in customer interactions
