Our mandate is ambitious : achieve 20% operational efficiency gains, enhance long-term returns, and strengthen risk management through AI innovation. Now, we are expanding our team and looking for an AI & ML Engineer who is eager to push technological boundaries and drive meaningful change.

What you will do

• Design robust, maintainable, and scalable code architectures for AI solutions
• Develop efficient APIs and integrations for LLM services
• Work closely with business units to identify and develop AI use cases
• Guide and support colleagues in the effective use of AI tools
• Develop and implement production-grade LLM applications using Python
• Design and refine prompts and Model Context Protocol (MCPs)
• Build secure and scalable AI solutions on the AWS platform with technologies like Crew.AI and Vals.AI
