The Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architectural Designer to take a leading role in our Singapore studio. You will be responsible for driving design initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced digital tools and contribute meaningfully within a collaborative design environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Leadership : Collaborate with multidisciplinary team from concept development to project completion.
• Submission to Regulatory Authorities : Prepare documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
• Digital Design & BIM Management : Utilize BIM (Revit) and other digital tools to create accurate, detailed models and comprehensive design documentation. Champion digital integration within the team.
• Drawing Production : Prepare high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets.
• Project Coordination : Oversee contract administration and serve as the key point of coordination between consultants, contractors, and relevant regulatory agencies.
