Job

Description :

Monitoring patient health and observing changes in

condition

Recording and tracking vital signs,

including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature

Performing basic wound care, including cleaning,

dressing, and monitoring of wounds

Administering medications accurately and documenting all

administrations in a timely manner

Maintaining

comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all patient

interactions and care provided

Counselling

patients and their next of kin on medical conditions and treatment

plans

Preparing clinical reports and

identifying needs for referrals to specialists

Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the healthcare

team

Job

Requirements : Nitec,

Diploma, or Degree in Nursing
