Roles & Responsibilities
Level 1 : Associate
Is an L2 advisor-in-training, conducting admin and support functions for L3 Senior Advisors. Shadows L2 and L3 Advisors in client meetings, case prep, and documentation. Primary focus is skill acquisition, process familiarity, and foundational client exposure .
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads.
- Conduct consultations to assess client profiles and advise on PR / Citizenship documentation support.
- Explain service offerings clearly, position value, and handle objections with confidence.
- Prepare proposals, close deals, and manage onboarding handover to the Case Management team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-signup, ensuring alignment with internal teams.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and Case Managers—clarifying questions, aligning expectations, and resolving issues.
- Track leads, consultations, sales, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on ICA policies and communicate changes clearly to clients.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high-quality experience.
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience in B2C or high-trust service industries (immigration, legal, education, financial services, etc.).Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and close confidently.Ability to maintain professionalism and responsiveness across longer-term client relationships.Organised and proactive—able to manage follow-ups, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.Prior experience in immigration or compliance environments is a plus, but not required.Why Join Us?
