Job Info

Salary : Up to $6,500 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
Working Days : 5–6 days per week (depending on operational needs); 44 hours per week
Additional time off will be provided for hours worked beyond 44 per week
Location : Marina Bay Cruise Centre
Industry : Freight Forwarding
Supporting a well‑known MNC client in the cruise vacation industry

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate timely shipment, delivery, loading, and unloading of supplies for cruise vessels.

Monitor shipment schedules and ensure alignment with vessel itineraries and port turnaround times.

Conduct routine vendor visits to check quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with standards.

Work closely with warehouse providers and port agents on inventory, delivery timing, and regulatory requirements.

Identify issues early, escalate promptly, and prepare reports on corrective actions.

Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, vendor interactions, and inventory movements.

Job Requirements

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or shipping coordination.

Prior exposure to maritime, hospitality, or cruise operations is highly preferred.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.

Willing to work irregular hours to support vessel schedules when required.
