Roles & Responsibilities

Position : Senior Engineer, Environmental Health & Safety (Contract – 12 Months)

Location : Changi (Plant-based role)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (Full Onsite)

Salary Range : Up to S$80,200 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Start Date : 15 November 2025

Role Overview :

This position supports the site’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. The incumbent will work closely with occupational health and safety teams to ensure compliance with local regulations, promote employee well-being, and maintain audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Occupational Health programs and case management, including ergonomic assessments.
• Manage and escalate incident reporting and investigations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Implement health and safety campaigns to promote awareness across the organization.
• Develop, review, and update EHS procedures, training materials, and documentation.
• Provide support for risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external EHS audits.
