Job descriptionEstablish proper procedures for monitoring and analyzing household expenditures. Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and potential overspending. Highlight red flags and provide recommendations to ensure spending remains aligned with budgetary expectations. Review the process to simplify yet keep the check and balance Conduct thorough research on artworks, artists, and art market movements. Monitor market trends to identify art pieces or collections with strong investment potential. Provide due diligence on proposed acquisitions, including valuation, provenance verification, and overall market desirability. Support the principals in making informed purchasing decisions. Review household procurement system, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for goods and services. Tracking, reporting, and verifying investment recommendations Master's degree in finance / accountancy / business At least 10 years of relevant experience. Working experience in reputable private banking or business consultancy would be advantages. Strong analytical skills and good communication skills – able to liaise with senior stakeholders. This will be working for a Family Office
