Legal Consultant - Energy, Procurement, Construction

We are currently looking for a Legal professional with experience working on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects to join our growing team at Axiom!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for assigned data center development projects.
• Provide proactive legal guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle—from land acquisition, design and construction, to commissioning and operation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts, design-build agreements, equipment supply contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Real Estate & Permitting

Support land acquisition efforts, including due diligence, title review, lease / purchase agreements, and zoning.

Negotiate construction-related agreements with general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.

Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory requirements at local, national, and international levels (e.g., building codes, energy laws, ESG frameworks).

Work closely with project managers, procurement, engineering, and finance teams to align legal strategy with business goals.

Manage and coordinate external legal advisors, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
