Roles & Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

$5000 - $5300 per month

Full time

  • Industry / Organization Type : Food & Beverage
  • Working Location : Central Area at Neil Road
  • Working Hours : 5 days (Tue - Sat)

(might require to work on certain sundays)

  • Basic Salary from $5000 - $5300
  • Key Responsibilities :

    1. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

    1. Daily Operations :

  • Daily briefing with service and kitchen team on reservations and customer dietary restriction
  • Oversee inventory levels on ordering supplies
  • Staff scheduling, roster for service team
  • 2. Customers Service :

  • Ensure High quality standard of food quality presentation
  • Gather and act on customer’s feedback or complaint promptly
  • 3. Staff Management :

  • Hiring and recruitment onboarding new staff
  • Provide training and enhances skill and knowledge on customer service and upselling techniques and food safety
  • Co-ordinate with team mate on monthly inventory stock count for wine
  • Effective communication with kitchen team
  • 4. Marketing and Promotions :

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Promoting the brand through local events, social media and word-of-mouth
  • Actively update on company social media platform
  • 5. Financial Management :

  • Manage budget, tracking expenses and control cost
  • Identify opportunites to increase revenue
  • Generate reports on sales, labour cost and inventory management
  • Operations :

  • Manage table assignments, reservations and seating
  • Monitor dining area cleanliness and ambiance
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, billing and payment processing
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Pleasing, Mature & Cheerful personality
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service, if have knowledge of wine is an advantage
  • O’ Level or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience in F&B similiar
