Basic Salary from $5000 - $5300Key Responsibilities :
1. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Daily Operations :
Daily briefing with service and kitchen team on reservations and customer dietary restrictionOversee inventory levels on ordering suppliesStaff scheduling, roster for service team2. Customers Service :
Ensure High quality standard of food quality presentationGather and act on customer’s feedback or complaint promptly3. Staff Management :
Hiring and recruitment onboarding new staffProvide training and enhances skill and knowledge on customer service and upselling techniques and food safetyCo-ordinate with team mate on monthly inventory stock count for wineEffective communication with kitchen team4. Marketing and Promotions :
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clientsPromoting the brand through local events, social media and word-of-mouthActively update on company social media platform5. Financial Management :
Manage budget, tracking expenses and control costIdentify opportunites to increase revenueGenerate reports on sales, labour cost and inventory managementOperations :
Manage table assignments, reservations and seatingMonitor dining area cleanliness and ambianceEnsure accuracy of orders, billing and payment processingRequired Skills and Qualifications :
