Roles & Responsibilities

📍 Island-wide locations

⏰ Min. 8 hours per day (Rotating shift ; No fix morning shift. OT as required)

📆 6-days work week

Four Leaves is looking for a dynamic & ethusiastic Sales Promoter to become the face of our brand in-store. You will play a key role in creating a delightful customer experience, actively promoting our diverse range of bakes & directly contributing to our in-store success.

Job Responsibilities :

• Proactively & warmly engage with customers to introduce our new launches, seasonal specialties & ongoing promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering product-related questions & offering recommendations.
• Create visually appealing & enticing product displays that effectively highlight best-sellers & new launches.
• Ensure all promotional materials (e.g., posters, standees & signage) ae visually appealing, up-to-date & correctly positioned.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor & work with the team to replenish bread, cakes & other items to ensure showcases are fully stocked.
• Provide support for general outlet operations, including cashiering, restocking & maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Gather valuable customers' feedback on products & promotions & share insights with the management to help us continuously improve.
