Job Description
Main portfolio is to manage and handle staff management matters in division. This includes :
- Facilitate onboarding / offboarding of officers and ensure steps are acted upon within stipulated timeline.
- Put up movement application via system and inform internal stakeholders on the staff movement.
- Update and track actions in database
- Update records in database, org chart, tel directory, etc.
- Welcome new officer on first day and follow up on set up of equipment
- Issuance of items on first day and collection of items on last day.
- Procurement of items for issuance to all and new officers.
- Plan and organise briefing / training for new officers. This includes work with trainers for dates, schedule training with new officers, book and set up of training venue.
- Update and track training in system. Assist to generate statistics for presentation to management.
- Plan and organise engagement session for new / leaving officers.
- Assist in executing plans to recognise efforts of officers including those who are leaving.
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by the branch.
Requirements
Excellent in MS Office application – Excel, Words and PowerpointMeticulous and comfortable in executing duties within tight timeline.Ability to manage several projects concurrently, take initiatives, adapt to different work environment.Comfortable in writing with good written and oral communication skillsAble to work independently and is a strong Team PlayerSelf-motivated and resourceful with good initiative and positive attitude.This is a 1-year Contract position under People Advantage(Certis Group).
