Job Overview :
We are looking for passionate, service-driven individuals to join the team at Le Clos. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service in a refined yet relaxed setting focused on wine and gastronomy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and provide attentive, professional table service
- Guide guests through the menu and wine list, offering recommendations
- Accurately take and serve orders; ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and bar
- Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place of assigned section
- Ensure tables are properly set and cleared throughout service
- Support wine service and presentation under sommelier / manager guidance
- Handle billing and payment accurately using POS system
- Deliver a memorable guest experience that reflects the spirit of Le Clos
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
