Technical Coordinator (Maritime) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will consolidate technical reports and purchase requisitions from vessels, coordinate documentation for approvals, and support the flow of information between internal teams and external partners. This role is very much about organisation, attention to detail, and ensuring timely follow-up to keep both vessels and office colleagues supported.

Key Requirements :

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to consolidate and manage reports accurately.
• A proactive approach to following up on documentation, requisitions, and approvals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across departments.

Preferably, experience within the maritime industry, ideally with a ship owning or ship management company.
