Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in Malaysia’s recruitment sector.
Identify, approach, and onboard new recruitment agencies as clients for our SaaS product.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with the internal product and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
Provide market feedback to help enhance product features and competitiveness.
This is a *profit-sharing based partnership* role. The selected partner will receive a percentage of revenue/profit generated from clients acquired and managed.
Ideal Profile:
Proven experience in *business development, **sales, or **partnerships, preferably in **HRTech, **SaaS, or **recruitment industry*.
Strong understanding of the recruitment agency ecosystem in Malaysia.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Existing network or relationships with recruitment firms is a strong advantage.
