Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team to enhance tenant experiences and foster a vibrant office community. This role focuses on creating engaging initiatives, building strong tenant relationships, and collaborating with partners to deliver meaningful experiences across our office developments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute community engagement programs, events, and activities that strengthen tenant interactions and overall satisfaction.
Manage and grow online community platforms, including social media channels, to maintain active engagement and communication with tenants.
Identify partnership opportunities and value-added initiatives to enrich tenant experiences, while supporting office enhancement projects and communications strategies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in community engagement, marketing, or communications; experience in co-working spaces or community management is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is advantageous.
