Automation & Instrumentation Engineer (FMCG) - up to 5K #HHL

Job Description :

• Supports manufacturing, utilities and facilities operations in the plant in the scope of automation and instrumentation
• Operates and maintains all the automation and control systems
• Resolves all automation related issues.
• Develops the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sets up maintenance programs for the automation and control systems
• Undertake automation scope of improvement jobs and projects
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé and regulatory requirements instrumentation calibration and records
• Ensure spare parts availability to minimize production disruption
• Liaise with contractor and giving out instruction to carry out appropriate installation work
• Manage and work on digitalization projects from with systematic approach
• Perform preventive maintenance activities on Process Control System in conjunction with vendors
• Prepare and plan for daily / ad-hoc / shut-down maintenance activities to be executed safely, efficiently within schedule time frame
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for maintenance work activities and coordination of continuous improvement project.
• Conduct troubleshooting of complex problems to work with relevant stakeholders to resolve systematically and identify effective countermeasures
