We’re opening a new café at Bugis MRT with a focus on well-being, mindful nourishment and human connection.

We’re seeking a Senior Barista who loves coffee craft, feels at home in light food prep, and is excited to grow a new concept together.

What you’ll do

• Lead the coffee bar, ensuring consistency and quality
• Prepare café menu items (smoothies, sandwiches, light bowls) with attention to hygiene
• Mentor junior baristas and support the Café Manager in training
• Manage daily prep for both coffee and food stations
• Engage warmly with customers, reflecting our culture of connection
• Support events and workshops where coffee and food play a part
