Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients, providing strategic financial guidance, and delivering a superior client experience.

This is a key client-facing role requiring strong interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a consistent and personalized service experience.
• Understand each client’s financial situation, goals, and priorities to deliver tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Lead regular check-ins and planning meetings to update clients on performance, strategy, and potential adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal specialists and external partners (e.g., tax, legal, insurance) to support comprehensive planning.
• Oversee client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor client portfolios and collaborate with investment or planning teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and introduce relevant services or strategies.
• Ensure documentation and records meet compliance and operational standards.
