Job Description

Recruitment and On-boarding

• Deliver full life-cycle recruiting, including job posting, screening and arranging interviews
• Source potential candidates on various platforms
• Conduct reference checks
• Compose salary proposals, letters of appointment and make offers to candidates
• Manage internal recruitment portal
• Interview candidates using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
