Job description

This is a pivotal role where you will act as a trusted advisor, responsible for leading cloud migration strategies, ensuring robust security and compliance, and optimizing Azure environments for performance and cost.

Key Focus Areas for the Role :

  • Azure Security & Compliance : Securing Azure environments and ensuring they meet strict compliance standards.
  • Cloud Migration & Strategy : Leading and advising on cloud readiness and migration journeys.
  • Stakeholder Leadership : Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Cost & Performance Optimization : Managing Azure resources to maximize efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess cloud readiness and develop migration strategies.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and identity management solutions within Azure.
  • Optimize cloud performance, cost, and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams.
  • Stay current with Azure innovations and recommend relevant technologies.

    • Educational Qualification : Degree in IT or engineering related field.

    Experience : Min : 10 Years +

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and vendors management
  • Ensure customer Azure environments are secure compliant.
  • Manage and guide the team on optimizing cost and resource utilization.
  • Work as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Drive adherence to ITIL best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives and SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on service performance, risk posture, and compliance status.
