Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Perform monthly and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time
- Maintain proper accounting schedules and records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare required documentation to facilitate annual audit processes
- Liaise with tax agent, company secretary, and other government agencies
- Manage staff claims, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Manage employee records, onboarding and offboarding processes, and work pass application
- Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, and income tax clearance
- Administer leave records, claims, benefits, and staff insurance
- Maintain HR documents, employment contracts, and staff files
- Support Project team with project administration
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalentMinimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Construction IndustryProficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software (E.g. MYOB, Xero or ERP systems)Excellent attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and in groups, and able to meet tight deadlinesProficiency in English is required to communicate effectively across departmentsAbility to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking associatesInterested applicants may apply directly via the apply button or send your CV to jenny@acu.com.sg .
