Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Officer to join our fast-growing crypto exchange team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience. You will work closely with compliance, operations, and customer support teams to verify client information, perform KYC / AML checks, and guide clients through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for retail and institutional clients.
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Review and verify documentation (e.g., ID, proof of address, business registration, source of funds).
• Liaise with clients to assist with onboarding issues or documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to escalate and resolve any red flags.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding data and ensure timely updates in internal systems.
• Assist in optimizing onboarding workflows for greater efficiency and improved user experience.
• Stay updated with evolving regulatory requirements in the crypto and financial services industry.
