What you do

• Provide guidance in people matters to support business strategies and goals.
• Advise, support and partner line managers and employees on HR matters relating to performance management, talent development, resourcing, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and relations.
• Build strong partnership with both line managers and employees to effectively champion and implement HR programmes and processes.
• Collaborate with internal HR specialists to further develop people capabilities.
• Work with managers to manage employee performance and disciplinary matters
• Support daily HR administrative matters such as employee inquiries, reporting, documentation, and data analysis

Who you are

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management.
• High drive for results, analytical, detail oriented and adept at working with data and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well in high pressure situations, and consistently deliver under tight time constraints while working effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• University degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of working experience as a HR Business Partner.
