Responsibilities
to manage and coordinate with subcontrators in planning
and executing the delivery of interior fit out projects
to carry out submission to consultant for materials, shop
drawings and method statements approvals before commencement of
work
to coordinate & manage
sub-contractors' progress and quality of works
to monitor project milestones and coordinate with
internal and external stakeholders across discpline such as
architectural, MEP, cost and construction to ensure timely
completion
to assist in compilation of handing
over documents including as-built drawings & OMM
to organize and maintain project documentation
to attend project coordination
meetings
knowledge in reading Mechanical &
Electrical drawings and specs in an
advantage
Requirements
Diploman or Degree in Architecture / Mechanical / Engineering /
Interior Design or its equivalent.
years' experience in related fields, preferably with Hotel project
experiences.
technical knowledge in Interior Fit Out
Possess good leadership and interpersonal
skills
commercial and hospitality sector is preferred
