Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Plan and manage shipment schedules, including consolidation and overseas coordination.
• Arrange deliveries and pickups in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and review documentation to support shipping and regulatory requirements.
• Manage import / export declarations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with logistics vendors and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments, billing, and documentation through systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Address and resolve operational or documentation challenges to maintain service standards.
