Sales Consultant

Job descriptionEngage customers : Handle enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins) and build trust quickly. Understand needs : Discover what families really require in a helper. Match & recommend : Shortlist candidates with for the customer. Guide interviews : Help both employer and helper feel confident in the process. Close placements : Present offers clearly, secure deposits, and set expectations. Think proactively : Spot opportunities, suggest new lead sources, and share fresh ideas to drive placements. Follow through : Stay connected until deployment to maintain confidence. People person — you can connect and build rapport fast. Hungry closer — driven by results and motivated by rewards. Proactive mindset — willing to find new ways to bring in customers, not just wait for leads. Organised and responsive — able to juggle multiple customers at once. Must be able to communicate in English. Additional languages Mandarin / Malay / Bahasa / Tagalog a plus. Sales, customer service, or relationship experience is preferred — but training will be provided for the right fit. Basic salary + Commission Incentives per placement — strong performers earn well above basic. Structured training and ongoing mentorship. Growth opportunities into Senior Consultant or Branch Manager support.
