We’re expanding and looking for motivated Sales Consultants who can build relationships, close deals, and aren’t afraid to take initiative.

What You’ll Do
Engage customers : Handle enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins) and build trust quickly.Understand needs : Discover what families really require in a helper.Match & recommend : Shortlist candidates with for the customer.Guide interviews : Help both employer and helper feel confident in the process.Close placements : Present offers clearly, secure deposits, and set expectations.Think proactively : Spot opportunities, suggest new lead sources, and share fresh ideas to drive placements.Follow through : Stay connected until deployment to maintain confidence.Who We’re Looking For
People person — you can connect and build rapport fast.Hungry closer — driven by results and motivated by rewards.Proactive mindset — willing to find new ways to bring in customers, not just wait for leads.Organised and responsive — able to juggle multiple customers at once.Must be able to communicate in English. Additional languages Mandarin / Malay / Bahasa / Tagalog a plus.Sales, customer service, or relationship experience is preferred — but training will be provided for the right fit.What You’ll Get
