Customer Service Executive

Job Summary :

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines consistently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service quality and efficiency
