Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scopes

• To manage a team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
• To resolve site issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors and / or related third parties.
• To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
• To plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
• To enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and sub-contractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
• To prepare shop drawings, ‘AS-Built” drawings and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project.
• Check / develop electrical engineering on single line diagram, equipment selection, commissioning, and handover of project.
• Understand SCADA system to monitor M&E equipment migration / replacement and troubleshooting.
• Organize and lead the interface review meetings with internal and external parties.
• Identify critical areas and potential conflicts relating to interfaces and project budgetary.
• Work with internal stakeholders and coordinate the requirements with specialist contractors to produce control logic.
