Application Support Engineer - D12 Balestier, Serangoon, Toa Payoh, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have good experience in provinding Application Support(Python, Java, SQL etc.
• To provide Maintenance / Operation / Production support for system(s) under his / her care
• For enhancement works, to work with customer / team / developers for req gathering / confirmation, development, SIT, UAT prep and support, implementation and documentation
• Manage and track operation tasks and enhancement tasks
• Strong analytical skills and team player
• Must have some prior experience as a BA
• A good communication skill is needed as he / she will need to work closely with customer
• SQL is required and some Java knowledge is preferred
