Roles & Responsibilities*This role is only required for 2 months*
Work days: Saturday & Sunday only
Flexible working hours: 7am to 6pm (Minimum 5 hours)
Hourly Rate: $12/hr
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome members and guests in a professional manner
- Handle membership registrations and inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails/messages
- Maintain member records and update database
- Manage check-ins and bookings for classes or trainers
- Provide information about gym services, packages, and promotions
- Ensure gym is clean and organized
- Wipe down equipment and surfaces as needed
- Monitor cleanliness of gym floor and common areas
- Refill sanitizer stations and toiletries
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as directed
