What You'll Do :

🚢 Oversee vessel operations and fleet management

📋 Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations

🔧 Manage technical maintenance and dry-docking schedules

👥 Coordinate with crew, port agents, and stakeholders

📊 Monitor vessel performance and operational efficiency

⚠️ Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments

What We're Looking For :

✅ Master Mariner or Chief Engineer certification

✅ 5+ years experience in fleet management

✅ Strong knowledge of ISM, SOLAS, and MARPOL regulations

✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills

✅ Experience with vessel technical operations

✅ Problem-solving abilities under pressure
