Roles & Responsibilities
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden components according to blueprints or custom designs.
Operate woodworking machinery (e.g., saws, lathes, sanders) and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Perform sanding, polishing, and finishing to achieve required product quality.
Inspect and ensure the quality and precision of finished goods.
Repair or adjust products as needed to meet standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Collaborate with designers, supervisors, and other team members to meet production goals and timelines.
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in household / kitchenware or furniture production.
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
Skilled in using a variety of woodworking machines and hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of wood types, characteristics, and treatments.
Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
