JobDescription :
- Assist in preparing / cutting foodingredients (before and during operations)
- Maintain thehighest standards of food service quality, cleanliness andhygiene
- Ensure freshness and quality of all menuitems
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized,sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Manage and maintainall inventories and equipment within the kitchen area
- Provide customer service
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned bysupervisor
JobRequirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience inJapanese cuisine cooking.Proficient in basic kitchenskills.Willingness to work on weekends and publicholidays.Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.Passionate about culinary arts with ateam-orientedattitude.Compensation :
