Roles & Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth front- and back-of-house operations, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading the team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and floor management.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage standards aligned with Bomul Samgyetang’s brand.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs and minimize wastage.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent hospitality and maintain service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene regulations in compliance with Singapore standards.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and work with management on marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Drive team performance to meet financial targets, including revenue growth and cost control.
