What We're Looking For :

✅ 1+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk

✅ Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Basic understanding of networking concepts
