Location : Shenzhen, China (with willingness for international business travel)

Key Responsibilities :

• Large-scale automation equipment development : Design, material selection, fabrication, testing, and improvement of mechanical structures.
• 2D / 3D modeling : Create 3D models and 2D drawings, and optimize existing equipment through design changes.
• Mechanical troubleshooting : Resolve mechanical issues during the process of improving equipment quality and operational efficiency, and quickly iterate through prototyping, testing, and improvements.
• Production equipment optimization : Modify and improve existing production equipment to address operational issues.
• On-site management : Oversee and guide assembly and testing, and write equipment specifications, maintenance manuals, and repair handbooks.
• Training development : Create and conduct training courses.
• Equipment commissioning : Perform on-site debugging and implementation of new equipment.
