Responsibilities

• Collaborating with audit team members and members from other departments for complex / specific accounting and auditing matters
• Facilitating cross-border engagements and group audits with group / component audit teams and / or Grant Thornton network teams, specifically focusing on the India corridor
• Managing and delivery of assurance engagements according to Grant Thornton audit methodology for multinational organisations of various sizes
• Identifying and developing new business growth opportunities with existing clients
• Training and coaching audit team members by conducting timely performance review and providing feedback to them
