Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and generate short-term sales forecasts for assigned products through detailed demand analysis and stock planning in partnership with the commercial team.
- Support the internal material master data creation process.
- Participate in and support monthly S&OP meetings, including LTE3 reporting and tracking the depletion of aging stock.
- Reporting : Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management and commercial team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Lean Six Sigma Initiatives : Lead and support Lean Six Sigma projects to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and enhance operational performance.
- Data Analysis : Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Regularly review SAP Blocked / QI stock list with cross-functional teams.
- With a focus on data-driven decision-making, provide various inventory analysis reports to inform business decisions.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects focused on continuous process improvement (e.g., Lean projects). Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing productivity, and achieving long-term strategic goals.
Job Requirements :
5+ years of relevant experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, purchasing, or similar roles.Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheet analysis and mathematical abilities.In-depth understanding of business processes related to supply chain, inventory systems, and purchasing.Proficiency in various computer applications, including MS Office, statistics software, and SAP MM module.Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and function with minimal oversight.A mindset focused on continuous improvement to drive supply chain efficiency.Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels.Exceptional problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications :
